Mousewheel scrolling does nothing in some places

Mouse Wheel Scrolling does not work consistently.

Testing Scrolling while over the list:
Live/Global Editor: works
Live/Matrix: nothing
Scene/Selected Address Editor: works
Namespaces/MIDI Namespace: nothing, and it’s really slow on the Scrollbar

Those are the places I tested.

A long while has gone since you wrote, but I just remembered, the last few months I added much better mouse-wheel scrolling, with the 0.9.14 release I think it should work as expected pretty much everywhere.
